My journey did not begin with books or teachers.
It began with a whisper a call that stirred deep within my soul.
In 2002, I answered that call barefoot and open hearted, traveling to India not as a tourist, but as one summoned by something ancient and sacred.
I lived in India for over a decade, immersing myself fully in its sacred rhythm.
I walked barefoot through temples and ashrams from the golden stillness of the Matrimandir in Auroville, to the revered steps of Tirupati and Murdeshwar.
I embraced the silence of Vipassana meditation in 2012, which cracked me open in profound ways.
I received blessings and teachings from spiritual masters and mystics
Osho in Pune, Sai Baba in Puttaparthi, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the Art of Living, Sadhguru and many monks in Buddhist monasteries.
These experiences shaped not only my mind but also my heart and breath.
But this journey was never only about following teachers.
It was about remembering the eternal truth that dwells within each of us.
In 2005 yoga entered my life and became a sacred language of breath, movement, and presence.
Over many years, through multiple intensive trainings across India, my practice deepened into embodiment a return to stillness and sacred awareness within the body.
My hands and heart opened further in 2008, when Reiki introduced me to the flow of energy and intuitive healing.
Alongside this, my lifelong passion for art, sculpture and fashion has been inseparable from my spiritual path a way to give form to the invisible and heal through beauty and creative expression.
Sound and movement have become my medicine and prayer.
I guide others into sacred spaces where vibration and rhythm awaken the soul’s voice, inviting liberation and deep connection.
This is not just my biography it is the map of a barefoot soul, walking through prayer, silence, and light, forever unfolding, breath by breath.
Come as you are.
Bring your questions, your longing, your fire.
This path may spiral and challenge you, but it will always lead you home to your truth, to the temple within, and to the living sacred that has never left you.
